When her gaze wasn’t anymore hateful,
Instead her brown beads sympathised,
With the conundrum of the hurtful view,
The view of what she saw,
Like a mirror reflecting her own storms.
Instead, of panic and despair,
She was able to see perseverance,
In the face of defeat and hope in danger,
For she wanted to keep herself,
From that dark pit, that once chained her,
And instead of protecting herself,
She made the same mistakes in the hopes,
That she would re-experience paradise,
Yet now prays for redemption.
