What can I write to make a change? I really want to speak about something that is a big problem that no one talks about. It’s so sad that big problems today are ones that we choose to do nothing about. So many of us, and I am guilty of this, focus on the little things. Our own flaws, our own dreams and desires in life. Surely these things are worthy of our time but not all of our time. And lately, the world tells us to focus on ourselves alone and how we can benefit ourselves alone. It’s sad when we fail to consider different worlds around us, different classes. When the pain we experience can be comforted by someone whom we’ve never met and may never as we come from two different places. How that word origin, changes everything. And it does, doesn’t it? Because when we look at someone and see them for what we assume them to be, we think have it all figured out. There’s hardly anyone left in the world who really talks the truth anymore; feeling like every word that comes out of our mouths is already rehearsed, from some script. Nothing genuine, nothing raw. But if we could simply, seek the truth, seek peace within ourselves we can work towards something great. Isn’t that what God wants? Doesn’t He wish for us to seek the truth? For us to seek wisdom?

“But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.”

James 3:17 | KJV

“How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!”

Proverbs 16:16 | KJV
